Terms & Conditions.

Last updated: April 2026. By enrolling in The Bridge masterclass or taking the AI Audit, you agree to these terms.

1. About these terms

These Terms govern your use of the Ubique Digitals website, the AI Audit, and your enrollment in Friends with AI ("the masterclass," "the program"). By taking the assessment or enrolling, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll. Programs are designed for adult women solopreneurs and entrepreneurs running their own businesses.

3. The program

• The masterclass is delivered live via Zoom or Google Meet for approximately 2 hours.
• You will receive a recording within 24 hours of the live session, accessible to you for personal use.
• The seven plug-and-play bonus PDFs are delivered by email after enrollment.
• Cohort access via Telegram is included for 7 days following the live session.

4. Pricing and payment

• The published price is USD 9 per seat for the current cohort. We may run promotional or higher-tier pricing for future cohorts.
• Payments are processed by SuperProfile and/or Razorpay. Applicable taxes (GST in India, VAT in UAE) may apply where required by law.
• All prices are in US Dollars unless stated otherwise. Currency conversion is handled by the payment processor at their applicable rate.

5. Refund policy

We stand behind the value of this masterclass. Our refund policy is the following:

• If you attend the live session and feel the masterclass did not deliver real, actionable value, email anu@ubiquedigitals.com within 48 hours of the live session and we will issue a full refund.
• Refunds requested before the live session are honored at the discretion of Ubique Digitals, subject to a 20% processing fee.
• Refunds are not available more than 48 hours after the live session, given the bonus PDFs and recording have already been delivered.

6. Code of conduct

To protect every woman in the cohort, we expect:

• Respectful, professional engagement during the live session, in chat, and in the Telegram group.
• No harassment, discrimination, or solicitation of cohort members.
• No recording or distribution of the live session by attendees.
• No sharing of bonus PDFs or program assets outside your personal use.

Violation of this code may result in removal from the program without refund.

7. Intellectual property

All teaching materials — including but not limited to the slide deck, masterclass companion, bonus PDFs, the AI Audit, video scripts, and frameworks — are the sole copyright of Anu Taksali and Ubique Digitals. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own business. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or republish the materials.
• Teach the content as your own to a paying audience.
• Translate or adapt the content for commercial use without written permission.

Personal use, internal team use within your own company, and non-commercial sharing of insights are encouraged.

8. No guarantee of results

The masterclass shares strategies, tools, and frameworks that have produced results for many women. Your results depend on your own execution, consistency, business stage, and circumstances. We make no representations or warranties about specific income, growth, or transformation outcomes.

9. Third-party tools

The masterclass references third-party tools — Claude (Anthropic), Cowork, Gamma, Napkin.ai, Meta AI, SuperProfile, and others. Each is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. Ubique Digitals is not responsible for the availability, pricing changes, or behavior of these third-party services.

10. Marketing affiliations and referral disclosure

We may earn a small referral or partner credit when you sign up for tools we recommend (currently: Claude, SuperProfile, and Gamma). We disclose this honestly in the masterclass and in the bonus materials. Our recommendations are made because we use these tools ourselves — never because we earn from them.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ubique Digitals and Anu Taksali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the program. Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the program.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India for participants in India and the laws of the United Arab Emirates for participants in the UAE. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith communication first; failing that, through the courts of Mumbai, India, or Dubai, UAE, as applicable.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email to enrolled participants and posted on this page with a revised date.
