1. Who we are

Ubique Digitals ("we," "us," "Ubique") is the digital marketing and education business owned and operated by Anu Taksali. The Bridge masterclass is delivered by Anu and her team. You can reach us at anu@ubiquedigitals.com.

2. What we collect

We collect the minimum information required to deliver our services and improve our work. Specifically:

• Contact information — your name, email address, WhatsApp number, country, and time zone, when you enroll in the masterclass or take the AI Audit.
• Assessment responses — your answers to the diagnostic questions. This is used to generate your personalized result and is never sold or shared.
• Payment information — handled exclusively by SuperProfile and/or Razorpay. We never see or store your full card or UPI details.
• Usage data — basic analytics (page views, time on page, device type, country) collected via privacy-respecting analytics tools to help us improve the experience.
• Live session data — your name and image if you appear on camera during the live masterclass; recordings are kept for replay distribution to attendees.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver the masterclass, send recordings, bonus PDFs, and onboarding emails.
• Provide your personalized AI Audit result.
• Communicate updates about future cohorts, related offerings, and Ubique Digitals services — only if you have opted in.
• Improve the program based on aggregated, anonymized usage data.
• Comply with our legal and tax obligations under Indian and UAE law.

4. What we never do

• We never sell your data to third parties.
• We never share your individual assessment responses with anyone outside our team.
• We never add you to lists you did not consent to join.

5. Third-party services

We use a small number of trusted third parties to operate the program. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

• SuperProfile / Razorpay — payments and digital storefront.
• Google (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) — email delivery, scheduling, file sharing.
• Zoom or Google Meet — live masterclass delivery.
• Telegram — optional 7-day cohort group access.
• Privacy-friendly analytics — to understand aggregate visitor patterns.

6. Data retention

We retain your information only as long as it is needed to deliver the program and comply with our legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing anu@ubiquedigitals.com.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct any inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time (every email contains an unsubscribe link).
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.

This service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
